Хочешь пользоваться острыми ножами - соблюдай правила пользования. Они в определенной мере стесняют.

Comment

Никогда раньше не пользовался ножами с такой остротой. Выбрал менее твердые по HRC относительно серии Damascus в надежде, что они будут менее хрупкими. В целом покупкой остался очень доволен, но их побаиваются брать в руки жена и дети. Эти ножи требуют дисциплины с обращением.
