Pros

1. Отлично держат заточку (само собой при правильном обращении с японским кухонным ножом) 2. Очень круто выглядят 3. Удобная ручка

Cons

1. Цена 2. Самому не заточить (если конечно нет профессионального точильного устройства и наличие очень прямых рук в данном вопросе) 3. Нельзя мыть в посудомойке!!! 4. Эту вещь нельзя мокрой просто бросить в раковину на пол дня и забыть (попользовался, протер, убрал.) 5. Отсутствие пластикового чехла как у более дешевых моделей других производителей. 6. Если случайно выпадает из рук не пытайтесь поймать, отрежете палец!

Купил себе 5 разных ножей от Samura Damascus, в заточку отдаю раз в год, цена вопроса 2500руб. за все. Покупкой доволен!!!
